Sleeps up to 10 with King beds in the two master bedrooms, a Queen bed in the third bedroom, and two Full plus two Twin beds in the kid friendly fourth bedroom. (See Max Occupancy) Each master bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom, with a spacious hall bathroom serving the other two 2nd level bedrooms. The 2nd level Master and Queen bedrooms each have an adjoining private balcony (with Ocean view for the Master bedroom).

The living room features a fully retractable La Cantina door that allow guests to open the living space out onto the full width ocean-view balcony. This brand new beach house is impeccably clean and features the ultimate in comfort including Beauty Rest Pillow Top beds in the Queen and King bedrooms, central air conditioning, 5 Sony flat screen TV's, Direct TV, ultra-fast high speed internet, excellent natural and interior lighting, ceiling fans in every room, full size washer/dryer, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Kitchen Aid appliances including an ice maker and drinking water filtration, granite countertops, deep soaking tub in guest master bath, outdoor hot/cold shower, SONOS sound system, and two-car garage. IMPRESSED!! - Aubrey R. Our family has used The Luther's for over 15 years. They are a great company to help with your vacation and even better people. Sun, Sand & Spectacular Beach Home: that is our week stay at 710 Yarmouth! We were blessed to be the first Renters in this Newly Built and Gorgeously furnished 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath, 4 Story home just steps away from the Boardwalk and the Beach. The homeowners who built this not only had exquisite taste but planned well and the house has everything to make a stay at the beach perfect. There is a King Master Suite on the first floor with its own private bath, which was the perfect spot for, Mom, 87 who could avoid the stairs and enjoy the large enclosed front patio lined with little flowers, a fire pit, outdoor shower, lounging chairs and even two Rockers. Three bedrooms, including a second king-master, on the second floor and two bathrooms housed very comfortably my husband and me and my daughter's family with four children. TV's in every bedroom, plushy white towels and linens, spacious, pristine bathrooms, views of the beach and sounds of the sea make this beach house a special retreat. Head up the stairs to the white state-of-the-art kitchen, well stocked with every kitchen tool one could ever need and don't miss the sprawling countertops, undermount microwave, gas range and oversized refrigerator. A large dining table that can seat 10 and lots of family room seating open onto a retracting glass wall revealing a sweet patio with ocean breezes and stunning ocean views. But we have saved the best for last. The roof top deck with table seating for 12, a second fire pit and sectional provides breathtaking views in every direction. You won't want to miss the sunset panorama provided by this wonderful setting. There were 9 of us and we could have probably fit a few more. The 2 car garage is immaculate and equipped with sand toys, 12 beach chairs, plushy gorgeous towels and even two childproof gates all sitting on a classy epoxy floor. Our family left refreshed from the comfy beds, invigorated from the sea air that blew in the white-shuttered windows, and secured with the automatic locking doors. We hold dear the wonderful memories made on this little corner at 710 Yarmouth. Much thanks to the owners who shared their beautiful get-away with us! Bandura This home has it all - starting with great view from the rooftop deck which also has a fire pit (a second one on the ground level), a bar area and a large dining table. Just 2 houses in from the boardwalk and beach so the location is perfect and there's garage parking - a huge bonus at this part of the beach. The house is beautiful with so many special touches from decks on every floor for coffee in the mornings and reading in the sun to the cozy bed linens and a folding outswing door that opens the main floor to expand onto the deck. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs and towels, an amazing kitchen with anything you might wish for cooking and entertaining.
